February 2025

Praise the name of the Lord. Thank you for your offerings and intercessory prayers.

Thanks to the internet streaming, we were able to participate live in the Nagasaki Martyrs Memorial Service, three meetings in the morning, afternoon, and evening.  Early in the morning I just remembered and opened the Internet, and ended up joining in the evening meeting live, where I received a strong message. I am also grateful that I was led to pray for the dedication to God again.

We have been praying for a long time about relationships with the Jewish community and have decided to take a step forward as this flock has entered a full-blown walk.  I found that the time of the Jewish church service in Manhattan was not convenient for us, so we attended the Friday night meeting at the Jerusalem Center in the suburbs of New Jersey, which we had attended in the past. This time, the senior Messianic Jew pastor Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, who is well known in the United States, was preaching. The presence of the Lord was very strong in the congregational praise, and we were blessed and strengthened in the entire meeting.

Pastor Paulo Akimoto's application for a missionary visa was sent back by the Immigration Bureau due to incomplete documents. Thankfully, the application was not rejected, so we will be reapplying in April. Please pray for his visa extension and the mission work in the U.S.

January 2025

Praise the name of the Lord. Thank you for your offerings and intercessory prayers.

It has been bitterly cold for more than two weeks, so cold that it hurts my face. The inauguration of the US President on January 20th was suddenly held in the US Capitol building due to the extreme cold. The venue (Rotunda) was one of the places where we, all of us TLEA's American pastors and evangelists, stood as a praise band in September, and I never imagined that I would be in such a place at the time.

I followed the blog of the European team that was sent on the same day as the inauguration and the online broadcast of the meetings, and received blessings through that. I was surprised at how greatly the team was used by God. Hallelujah.

When I was recovering from my back pain, my shoulder suddenly started to hurt, and the pain continued for more than two months. When I read again the record of the prophecies that had been spoken when the teams came in the past, I remembered that one of the prophesies said, "Pray for your own healing," so my wife prayed for me almost every day, not me. I made an appointment with the doctor I had seen last time, but the pain was gone by the same day. I went to see him anyway, but I struck out because he was not a specialist in shoulders. However, the pain had disappeared, so I praised the Lord.

Pastor Paul Akimoto's reapplication for a missionary visa has been sent to the Immigration Office. This time the application will be reviewed at the Texas Center which is different from the center previously submitted in the past, and there it seems to be stricter. Please pray for it.

At the end of February, my wife and I will return to Japan temporarily and participate in the Hakuba Camp. We would appreciate your continued intercession.

October 2024

Praise the name of the Lord. Thank you for your offerings and intercessory prayers.

In October, a series of large hurricanes hit the southeastern United States.
Hurricane Helene killed more than 200 people in the six states that suffered the most damage,
and hundreds of people were reported missing.
Although difficult times are permitted all over the world, we have hope in the Lord, as revival has begun.

This time again, I was very blessed to be able to participate in the prayer meeting for the peace of Jerusalem, while my wife and I joined in live from New York to pray, and to pray with everyone on the premise and online.
Every year, prayers for the peace of Jerusalem are strengthened, but this year, we prayed,
while Israel during wartime, which caused me to feel a longing for the heavenly Jerusalem and to pray further for the salvation of all people.

There are only about two weeks left until the next presidential election in the United States.
With both candidates' election campaigns becoming more active and the race being very close,
the election results will have a major impact not only on the United States but also on the world,
so I pray that the person of God’s choice will be elected.

We, the TLEA flock, are about to welcome the New Year in November.
I am remembering and giving thanks to God for the good and seemingly bad things He has done for me this year,
so I should prepare for the new year.

The damage to my car from the rear-end collision I had while we headed to the Washington DC
to serve as a Praise Band has been completely repaired through the other party's insurance company.
I am grateful for the Lord's protection and the grace that has worked for me.
Please pray that we will continue to take steps of faith, guided by the Holy Spirit.
